Amazing just-in-time and very rich Nobel acceptance speech last week, Bob Dylan, referencing specifically across the wide span of American deep roots folk music roots. He talked about his favorite old songs, including the indelible mark made by many songs like the legend of Lord Donald and his sword in Matty Groves (Fairport convention). I bet Richard Thompson is happy about that reference.
